How do I manage team members and roles?
Each publication has a team. You can always access your team by clicking on the “team” button in the top left corner next to your publication name.
Roles
- Editor: An editor can manage issues, advertisements and create articles for contributors to complete. In addition, the editor also controls the team associated with the publication.
- Contributor: A contributor can be assigned to articles and can only view the articles which they have been assigned or that anyone can work on.
- Sales person: A sales person can be assigned ads to sell, but also has the ability to create new ads and update assigned ads. A sales person can only see ads that are assigned to them or that anyone can work on.
- Art director: The art director can view the flatplan and download content that has been placed on pages. The art director can’t move, delete or add pages to the flatplan – only view them and their content.
