How do articles work?
An article can contain text, images and other files and has two basic functions:
- It can be placed on the flatplan
- It can be assigned to a specific contributor or left open for any contributor to work on
The article editor will be in charge of either accepting or rejecting the article when a contributor marks it as complete.
Articles can have three states
- In progress: The article is assigned to a contributor or is open for any contributor to work on.
- Complete (green): The article has been marked as complete by a contributor and accepted by the editor.
- Overdue (red): The article has gone past its deadline without being marked as complete.
