How does paragraph styles from Magma work?

This article describes how paragraph styles from the Magma extension works. If you do not already have it installed please read How to get started with the InDesign extension

Auto generated paragraph styles

Whenever you download text, written in the Magma text editor in an article, we automatically tag the text with the Magma paragraph styles.

These styles are named:

  • Magma Heading
  • Magma Preamble
  • Magma SubHeading
  • Magma Body
  • Magma Info

You are free to edit these paragraph styles and changes will be applied to all texts downloaded from Magma.

Be aware that these paragraph styles are only available for texts written in the Magma article editor. If a for example a Word document is uploaded to an article, the styles will not be applied.
